Anytime I go to the gym, I get on the elliptical and go for 30 minutes on whatever setting 'quick start' gets me...I don't even think I knew the resistance and incline buttons existed until a few weeks ago. That's when I found a great little elliptical workout routine on one of my favorite blogs, Carolina Charm. I've been following this routine for about 2 weeks and let me tell you, I can feel the results! Check it out!
Are there any other great elliptical workouts? Now that I know the elliptical has all these great features, I need more routines! Perhaps I'll scour Pinterest and share what I find. :)
